As your professional West L.A. notary public, we are legally bound to certify, by law, that the signer of a particular document has personally appeared in front of the notary, verified the signing of the document, and is, in fact, the signatory indicated in the signature area.

At Mail and More in California, we promise to fully serve our notary clients. With every notarized document, we will either use an “Acknowledgement” or a “Jurat” form (in the majority of cases, documents bear a notary section). We also certify copies of ID cards, passports, and other critical documents with a “Copy Certification by Document Custodian” form. We also handle most foreign-language documents. Some documents, such as those being sent overseas, may need a notary seal in addition to the usual notary stamp; we supply the required seal.
