As your trusted West L.A. notary public, we are required to certify, under penalty of perjury, that the signer of a particular document has personally appeared in front of the notary, acknowledged signing the document and is, in fact, the individual indicated in the signature area.

At Mail and More in California we pledge to fully serve our notary clients. With every notarized document, we will either use an “Acknowledgement” or a “Jurat” form (and in most cases, documents bear a notary section). We also certify copies of ID cards, passports and other important documents with a “Copy Certification by Document Custodian” form.

We also notarize most foreign-language documents. Some documents, such as those being sent overseas, require a notary seal in addition to the usual notary stamp; we provide the required seal. Please contact us for details.

Visit us during regular business hours with all pages of the document that requires notarization, and your photo ID. No appointment is necessary. The notary public fee is $15 per client’s signature. Please feel free to ask about our multi-signature (five or more per individual) discounts.
